Sources Sought Notice The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk District is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to identify potential sources for an Architect-Engineering (A&E) service contract to provide Topographic and Hydrographic surveying services (NAICS 541370). This notice is for informational and planning purposes only, and is not a solicitation or a request for proposal.
