Guam Army National Guard (GUARNG) Medical Detachment (MEDDET) Immunization Supply FY 2025

UPDATE: Government Response to Requests for Information (RFIs) are provided in the attached documents AO 28 May 2025. The Guam Army National Guard (GUARNG) Medical Detachment (MEDDET) seeks to procure immunization supplies IAW the Salient Characteristics. A Small Business, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded to the business concern through the procedures of FAR subsection 16.202 Firm-fixed-price contracts.

The quotations shall be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 423450 Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers, Size Standard 200 employees.

Responders should include all documents and information requested submitted in accordance with the instructions herein.All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the Guam Army National Guard United States Property and Finance Office (USPFO) Purchasing and Contracting Office at ng.gu.guarng.list.uspfo-purchasing-and-contracting@army.mil. All questions are due Friday, 23 May 2025 by 1:00 PM ChST. The Government is not obligated to provide responses to questions submitted by Offerors. Quotations submission shall include:

(1) Instructions to Offerors;

(2) Price Proposal; and (3) Technical Proposal.
