FAR 6.302-1(a) is being used to solicit this requirement as a sole source requirement. The NAICS used for this procurement will be 541613, Marketing Consulting Services and the SBA small business size standard of $19 Million.

1 Contract Period of Performance: 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025 Interested Parties: Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement to the UTARNG USPFO for Utah Purchasing and Contracting no later than 0900 AM (Mountain), 3 June 2024. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firm’s ability to provide the outlined sports venue marketing with BYU above.

Response must include capabilities and pricing and must be sent to the contracting specialist, Otha Henderson, at otha.b.henderson.civ@army.mil . No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted and must be received with adequate time to research and respond prior to the closing of this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the government to not compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

If no responses are received, the USPFO for Utah Purchasing and Contracting division will proceed with the sole source award. Responses received after the stated deadline will not be considered.

Set-aside / FAR Regulation: Any award resulting from this notice will be made using an unrestricted set-aside. A fully signed and approved DD form 2579 is on file, and a sole source justification and authorization is attached to this notice.

SAM Registration: All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the government, including registration with SAM and WAWF and be in good standing. In addition to providing pricing and capabilities, each response must include the vendor’s CAGE code and Unique Entity ID number, federal tax number, and must include the appropriate point of contact information. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7007 alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in SAM prior to award.
