St. Mary’s Falls Canal Grounds Keeping Project

The St. Mary’s Falls Canal facility located in Sault Sainte Marie has a requirement where the Contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at the St Mary’s Falls Canal and Rock Cut in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

This RFQ is intended to be issued as a 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business concern and the government intends to award one firm fixed price contract for a base and four option years. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 561730 – Landscaping Services with a small business size standard of $9,500,000.00. Please note that the Government will not be maintaining a separate bidders list during the solicitation period.

In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of bid.
