NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - ANNUAL FLOW 3D SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

ANNUAL FLOW 3D SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE Special Notice: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District (USACE) will be soliciting Quotes for the Annual Renewal of Maintenance and Support Services for Flow-3D Software.

As part of the Contract Solicitation, USACE intends to include the following Sole Source Requirements: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District intends to purchase the Annual Renewal of Maintenance and Support Services for Flow-3D Software from Flow Science, 683 Harkle Road Suite A Santa Fe, NM 87505. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing not later than 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time on 22 March 2024 to Connie.L.Ferguson@usace.army.mil.
