Real Estate Title Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a requirement for Real Estate Title Services in the PA, OH, WV, MD, and NY area. The acquisition is contemplated to take place via the issuance of at least three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), in order to provide maximum practicable competition. BPAs may be issued noncompetitively and without further discussions and/or a solicitation.

The title services, which may include individual property and/or project-wide title services, are frequently required in support of voluntary acquisitions and/or eminent domain proceedings and may involve total or partial acquisitions of fee, leasehold, and/or easement estates. The exact nature of each title search, quantiy of title searches, and delivery requirements are not known in advance and may vary considerably.

The period of performance for any BPAs that are ultimately issued, will not exceed five (5) years from the date of award. The Government will only be obligated to the extent of any authorized calls placed against any BPAs that are ultimately issued. Any Calls will be issued individually on a competitive basis. No individual Call will exceed $25,000.00. Any and all BPAs ultimately issued will be reviewed at least annually, and updated as necessary.
