Request for Information (RFI): Development of a Full Ensemble Mannequin for Test Fixture

The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), Joint Project Lead Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense Enabling Biotechnologies (JPL CBRND EB) is seeking solutions outlining approaches for a full body mannequin to support a live agent CBRN ensemble test fixture. This specific effort is aimed at developing a full system of systems chemical ensemble test fixture for the Department of Defense. Please see the attached RFI for a full list of performance objectives and information requested.
