Notice of Intent to Sole Source- Key Storage Matrix Key Control

The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Benning on behalf of the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Directorate of Training Sustainment (DOTS) Intends to execute a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis for Key Storage units at Fort Benning, Georgia. The basic service objective is to providing drawer style key storage with individual compartments. The maintenance service is vital to both the mission success and the success of the organization to serve the customer accurately.

Matrix Key Control is the sole manufacturer and authorized dealer able to continue the purchase warranty and provide the parts required to maintain the system. The Government projects award for May 15, 2025. This notice is valid until 10 May 2025, 12:00 PM EST and is NOT a Request for Proposals. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information provided.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract for one (20) days from date of award. The NAICS code is 337215, and the standard is 500. This announcement is in accordance with 5.202 (a)(13).
