This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is to provide clean and professional uniforms to Nutrition Care department employees to enable the department to project a professional image and maintain good hygiene. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 812331-Linen Supply.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Moore has a requirement for rental of uniforms for the Nutrition Care Division civilian employees. The Government contemplates to award firm fixed price using basis to an offeror who has determines responsibility in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose is the lowest price technically acceptable and considered fair and reasonable.

If the contractor shows a pattern of not complying with the Performance Work statement, the contractor will be terminated for cause. The contractor producing and/or servicing the uniforms must be on the approved sam.gov list during the entire period of performance of the contract.

NOTE: if the contractor producing these services do not meet the qualifications or responsibilities during the entire period of performance of this contract for any reason will be terminated for cause.
