NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – NV5 GEOSPATIAL SOLUTIONS, INC.

Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: NV5 Geospatial Solutions, Inc. 358 Interlocken Crescent, Suite 300 Broomfield, Colorado 80021-3562, United States This is a new requirement for one (1) subscription for the ENVI Software Package for the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 513210 – Software Publishers, with a size standard of $47.0 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
