INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - PetroSkills LLC

Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: PETROSKILLS LLC 2930 S Yale AVE Tulsa, Texas 74114-6252 United States This is a new requirement for a subscription for PetroSkills software application for the Department of Chemistry and Life Sciences at the United States Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 513210 – Software Publishers with a size standard of $47.0 million dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
