Synopsis: Two (2) HPE Servers at West Point, NY

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the two (2) two (2) Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Servers – Tech Care Essentials with Damaged Media Retention, at West Point, NY. This is a one-time requirement for the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY.

The period of performance will be from 18 May 2025 – 17 May 2026. This requirement is brand-name and will be full and open competition through the CHESS website, https://chess.army.mil/, under NAICS code 334111, Electronic Computer Servers Manufacturing, size standard is 1,250 Employees and PSC is 7B22. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern. The solicitation is issued on June 10, 2025 in electronic format only and will be available on the CHESS IT E-Mart, at https://chess.army.mil/.
