Intent to Sole Source - Third Iron LLC

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – THIRD IRON, LLC. Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: THIRD IRON, LLC. 4821 Fable Hill PKWY N Hugo, Minnesota 55038-3341, United States This is a new requirement for one (1) subscription Third Iron Complete and its associated web services, Lib-Key and BrowZine Application Program Interface (API) for the library at the United States Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 513210 – Software Publishers with a size standard of $47.0 million dollars.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 3/24/2025 by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Leslie Duron at leslie.a.duron.civ@army.mil.
