The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Tool for Oracle Application Developers (TOAD) for Oracle and TOAD Data Point for database administration and analytical support at West Point, NY.

The period of performance will be for on or about 01 August 2024 through 31 July 2025. This requirement will be a Brand Name competed through the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) under NAICS code 513210- Software Publishers, size standard is $47.0 Million of Dollars and Product Service Code (PSC) of 7A20. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.

The solicitation (RFQ) will be issued on or about the week of 01July 2024 in electronic format only and will be available at CHESS (https://chess.army.mil), Army’s designated primary source for establishing commercial IT hardware, software, and services. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the www.sam.gov provided as necessary for any posted changes. Solicitations (Quotes) and additional supporting documentations (If required) must be submitted via CHESS on or before offer due date.
