SYNOPSIS POST WIDE PAVING CONTRACT at USMA

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC—WP) is issuing this SYNOPSIS POST WIDE PAVING CONTRACT at West Point, NY. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, size standard is $45,000,000.00and FSC/PSC of Y1LB.

In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.

The solicitation will be issued on or about the week of October 14th, 2024, in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://www.sam.gov/. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the www.SAM.gov provided as necessary for any posted changes. Solicitations (Quotes) and additional supporting documentations (if required) must be submitted on or before the close date noted in the solicitation in accordance with solicitation instructions.
