Special Notice-Unrestricted Solicitation - Elevator Maintenance and Repair

The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is issuing this solicitation for the Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service, at West Point, NY. This is a base + 3 option years. The period of performance is listed below:

Base Year 15 May 2024 through 14 May 2025 1st Option Year 15 May 2025 through 14 May 2026 2nd Option Year 15 May 2026 through 14 May 2027 3rd Option Year 15 May 2027 through 14 May 2028 This requirement is an Unrestricted Requirement under NAICS code 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $12.5 Million and PSC is J035.

In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only, on the internet at: https://www.sam.gov.

It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the website provided (https://www.sam.gov) as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. Quotes and additional supporting documentations (if required) must be submitted as instructed on or before the close date noted in the solicitation. Request for Quote (RFQ) IS DUE NO LATER THAN MAY 9, 2024, AT 12:00 PM EASTERN TIME.

There is a mandatory site visit on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 10 am. Eastern Time, in order to be considered for award. All interested quoters shall attend the mandatory Site Visit, Monday, April 15, 2024 at 10 am. Eastern Time, in order to be considered for award for the Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service at West Point, NY.

The Site Visit instructions are listed under Site Visit in the Solicitation W911SD-24-R-0083 for the Elevator Service and Maintenance Repair. Any questions after the Site Visit are due no later than Thursday, April 18, 2024 by 12 pm. Eastern Time. The following dates and times are as follows:

1. Site Visit – Bldg. 681 Rogers Place, West Point, N.Y. (Parking lot) on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 10:00 am. Eastern Time.

2. Confirm attendance with your name, cell phone #, name of company, and how many attendees will be in attendance no later than Friday, April 12, 2024 by 12 pm. Eastern Time.

3. After the Site Visit, requests for Information (RFI’s) are due no later than Thursday, April 18, 2024 by 12 pm. Eastern Time.
