The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point (MICC-WP) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Fire Hose and Ladder Annual Testing Service at West Point, NY. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business under NAICS code 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $12.5 Million and PSC is J012. This is a base + 4 option years. The period of performance is listed below:

Base Year 01 May 2025 through 30 April 2026 1st Option Year 01 May 2026 through 30 April 2027 2nd Option Year 01 May 2027 through 30 April 2028 3rd Option Year 01 May 2028 through 30 April 2029 4th Option Year 01 May 2029 through 30 April 2030 In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submitting their proposals and must be registered in SAM.Gov prior to submitting their proposals in order to be considered for award.
