Stationary and Mobile Fuel Support Operations for Fort McCoy, WI

The purpose of amendment two (2) is to change the contract set-aside from a Total Small Business Set-Aside to Unrestricted due to lack of interested small businesses. . All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please note a signed copy of the amendment must be submitted in addition to other requirements at time of quote.

The purpose of amendment one (1) is to replace Clause 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting with 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting (DEVIATION 2024-O0013). All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Solicitation W911SA-24-Q-3104 will be issued on Thursday, May 2, 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov.

This requirement is for Stationary and Mobile Fuel Support Operations at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The performance period is July 6-31, 2024. Quotes shall be emailed to april.m.hericks.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time.

As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. Signed SF 1449, Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award.

Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later 10:00 AM CST, May 22, 2024. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
