Commercial Internet Services at the 377th TSC (NAS/JRB New Orleans) in Belle Chasse, LA

Solicitation W911SA24Q3053 will be issued on Monday, 11 March 2024 and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Commercial Internet Service at one (1) location in Belle Chasse, LA. The performance period is 01 April 2024 (or subsequent date) to 31 March 2025 for the base period with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Quotes shall be emailed to kristine.k.scholz.civ@army.mil.

Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.

The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes: Signed SF 1449 Completed information from the Supplemental Information section Completed Price Schedule Attachment. Signed Amendments (if applicable) If all required documents are not provided with the quote submission, your quote MAY NOT be considered for award.

A Site will not be held for this requirement.

Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than 10:00AM (Central Time) on Wednesday 13 March 2024. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.

Solicitation Amendment one (1) - The purpose of amendment one (1) is to respond to vendor questions. Questions and answ ers are contained w ithin the amended solicitation. A signed copy of the amendment must be submitted. Solicitation Amendment two (2) - The purpose of amendment two (2) is to extend offer due date, modify the performance period dates, and extend questions due date. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offer will be due no later than Tuesday, April 9, 2024 @ 10:00 AM (Central Time). The period of performance date will change to the following:
