THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSAL ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation number is W911S7-25-R-A002, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 711130 with a small business size standard of $15M. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04.

Description of Requirement: The Religious Support Office at Fort Leonard Wood, MO is seeking a non-personal services contract to provide Pianist Musician Services in leading congregations in the singing of preludes, postludes, offertory, singing of hymns/choruses/spiritual songs, background music for meditation, prayers, and communion.. This is a requirement contract for Initial Entry Trainee Musician Services for a period of five (5) years (Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years). Solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Questions are due NLT April 30, 2025 by 1600 CST Answers will be posted NLT May 7, 2025 by 1600 CST.
