Solicitation - Carpet and Flooring Requirements Contract

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the submission deadline to 03 July 2025, at 4pm CDT.

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to update the 'Addendum to Evaluation' to include subfactor 3, as listed in 'Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services.' The new solicitation document has been uploaded under the attachment. No other terms or conditions of the solicitation is being updated.

The purpose of this solicitiaton amendement is to update the Q/A document to add the answer to an additional question received within the time allowed for the Q/A period.

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide answers to contractor questions. The Q/A resulted in minor updates to the PWS, details of which are incorporated in the Q/A document. In addition to addressing contractor questions, this amendment updates the Task List. All Task are the same, but descriptions were edited for clarity and redundancy.

Leonard Wood, MO, hereby announces a solicitation for a small business set-aside, Firm Fixed-Price, requirements contract for Carpet and Flooring services in supporting the United States Army Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The duration of the contract will include a one-year base period plus four-year periods. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 238330 (Flooring Contractors). The size standard for this NAICS Code is $19 million.

There will not be a site visit for this requirement. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 12 June 2025. Answers will be posted on SAM.gov, as a solicitation amendment, by 13 June 2025. All questions and answers will be posted on SAM.gov on 13 June 2025 by 4:00PM CST.

Project Scope: This requirement provides for contractor support to install various types of flooring throughout Fort Leonard Wood on an as needed basis. This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in the installation of resilient floor tile, carpeting, linoleum, and hardwood flooring. The work to be performed may include carpet and flooring replacement, maintenance, and repair as part of routine life cycle maintenance of buildings. The work may not cover new projects or constructions.

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and material, as specified herein, for installation and replacement of carpet and other floor covering materials.

This is a requirements contract in which individual task orders will be issued for a specific quantity of work to be performed in specific buildings, to be completed in a specific amount of time It is the Offerors responsibility to check for any posted changes to the solicitation, including any subsequent solicitation amendments or responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) during the solicitation open period.
