Vestant IPDI Manufacturer: Evonik DegussaCertificate of Conformance, Certificate of Analysis, and Safety Data Sheet are required with solicitation and sent with each shipment.COC/COA MUST INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME/DESCRIPTION, SPECIFICATION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER, MANUFACTURE/EXPIRATION DATE, ANALYTICAL DATA, STATEMENT OF NO CHANGE IN MATERIALS OR PROCESSES, AND SIGNATURE OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.PACKAGING LABELS WILL INCLUDE MANUFACTURER NAME, PRODUCT NAME/DESCRIPTION, LOT/BATCH NUMBER AND MANUFACTURE/EXPIRATION DATE.COC/COA APPROVAL BY MCAAP AO REQUIRED BEFORE CONTRACT AWARD.Material shall be shipped in 55-gallon drums.

Metal drums shall be new, palletized, and banded. Lots shall not be mixed on pallets.No rail deliveries will be accepted.Contractors may be required to submit a 5-pound sample of IsophoroneDiisocyanate (IPDI) for testing prior to award of this contract. If the5-pound sample is requested, the contractor shall have FOUR (4) weeksfrom notification to provide the sample to the Government.
