Fort Drum intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to Syracuse Regional Airport Authority, Syracuse, New York, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Fort Drum anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Syracuse Regional Airport Authority for 8 informational display signs to provide incoming Soldiers with important contact information upon their arrival to Fort Drum . Fort Drum intends to award a base plus four option years. The intended period of performance is:
