Role Player Service JRTC 2407

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform 4SFAB’s Force Package Validation Exercise (VALEX) as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. 4SFAB annually conducts multiple VALEX Collective Training events.

4SFAB will outsource subject matter expert role players to effectively replicate combat missions being executing overseas. To duplicate the unique challenges surrounding the EUCOM AOR, 4SFAB requires technically and tactically astute professionals to replicate interaction that Advisors are expected to encounter while operating in the EUCOM AOR.

Role players will be broken down into two separate groups, with each group supporting the FP 25-1-E VALEX at varying points between 07-25 July 2024. The breakdown of the groups is depicted below in Table 1. See also, Attachment 3 – Role Player Task Organization
