Harvard Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellows Course

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to President and Fellows of Harvard College doing business as Harvard University located at 79 JFK Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02138-5801, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

The requirement is for a professional development program at Harvard Kennedy School for Senior Executive Fellows (SEF). This course is intended for federal employees and their military/corporate counterparts, and Harvard University is the only known vendor that offers this course. The Army Civilian Career Management Activity (ACCMA) Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) has already selected and approved this course and the candidate. No other program meets the Government’s requirements.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611430 and the size standard is $15,000,000.00. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available.
