Male Manikin and Pyrocal Sensors

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting Division, in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Precision Products LLC located at 9050 Whistling Swan Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23838-8900 under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106(b)(1). The requirement is for Male Manikin and Pyrocal Sensors.

This material has been previously manufactured by Precision Products LLC and therefore have the utmost unique expertise for this requirement of the manikin measurement, shape, and sensor locations. An exact duplicate of the current manikin is needed to maintain constant and repeatable data across past, current, and future flame testing. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
