Renewal of JMP SAS/PRO Software Licenses

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Executive Information Systems LLC, located at 6901 Rockledge Drive Suite 600, PO Box 34076, Bethesda, Maryland 20827-0076, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

Executive Information Systems LLC is the only known vendor that can provide the JMP SAS/PRO Software Licenses. Other graphical user interface (GUI) statistical packages are not as comprehensive, lack experimental design capabilities, or require users to have a familiarity with programming. Additionally, access to JMP SAS/JMP Pro is only provided by Executive Information Systems LLC and there are no authorized resellers at this time.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334610 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available.
