The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Solider Center (DEVCOM-SC), intends to award on a brand name, sole source basis under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements; a Firm Fixed Price contract is being sought with DyeMansion North America Inc. for Maintenance services at DEVCOM-SC associated with a Dyemansion Powershot C, Powershot S, DM60, and reverse osmosis system.

Natick Contracting Division anticipates awarding this contract to DyeMansion North America Inc., 4020 S. Industrial Drive, #160, Austin, TX, United States. This is not a request for quotes. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
