Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Keysight F8800A PropSim Channel Emulator support subscription

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Keysight Technologies, Inc., (1900 Garden of the Gods Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907-3423, Cage Code: 7ZXR5).

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. The following is a list of contract line item number(s) (CLINs) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable):

CLIN 0001: – Contractor shall perform software upgrades and support, technical support, calibration, and repair to Keysight F8800A PropSim Channel emulator located building 6007 at APG, as described in the Performance Work statement (PWS); Quantity:One (1);

Unit of Issue: Job; Period of Performance 12 months from date of award; Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Type of Contract
