Description

As published on SAM.gov.

Qty one (1) license for a bandwidth upgrade to 4 Gigahertz (GHz) for the 6 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) with the following requirements: Four (4) channels with digital downconversion (DDC) on each channel for visibility of radio frequency (RF) in time domain and baseband signaling in frequency domain simultaneously. Independent acquisition settings in time and frequency domain for optimal configuration and visibility of each.

Spectrum analysis on at least two (2) channels with different center frequencies to support different signalling paths at separate carriers. Superior noise performance at high sensitivity settings: less than (<) 70 micro Volt (?V) at one (1) GigaHertz (GHz) Bandwidth at one (1) milliVolt/division (mV/div) High resolution analog to digital converter with a minimum 12-bit for finer amplitude resolution and lower quantization noise.

High sampling rate of 50 GigaSamples per second (GS/s) with two (2) channels for high resolution in the time domain providing picosecond resolution. Time and frequency domain synchronization for correlating exact time domain to frequency domain anomalies. Instantaneous bandwidth (Spectrum View Span) in digital downconversion (DDC) greater than (>) one (1) GigaHertz (GHz) to support high bandwidths of radio frequency system on a chip (RFSoC) specifications.

Radio Frequency (RF) versus (vs) time plots: Magnitude vs time, Phase vs time, Frequency vs time for visibility of RF characteristics over time. The ability to support of up to 4GHZ Analog Bandwidth
