Fabricate and Install New Structural Steel Flooring System at the Watervliet Arsenal, NY

69" x 97" x 60". Weight is 5,865 lbs. Contractor to provide the design, materials, installation, workmanship, fabrication, assembly, erection, inspection, quality control, and testing of a new structural steel flooring system required to support manufacturing equipment in Building 35 at the Watervliet Arsenal (WVA). All work to be conducted in accordance with the Statement of Work (see section J of the solicitation).

Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY2 Latest Reviison applies and is incorporated. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of performance is 90 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. 100% Payment (and Performance if price is over $150k) bonds are required. Solicitation is set-aside for small business and will result in a firm fixed-price contract. Site visit will be conducted on 28 April 2026 @ 2:00pm. See page 3 of solicitation for further details.
