SYNOPSIS HEAT EXCHANGER OVERHAUL Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price requirements contract for Heat Exchanger refurbishment and replacement service with a base year and four (4) option years. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be posted with the solicitation. The procurement will be unrestricted.

The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 332410 - Power Boiler and Heat Exchanger Manufacturing, the size standard in # of employees is 750 and the federal supply code (FSC) is J029 Miscellaneous Vehicular Components. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150.

Solicitation number W911N2-24-R-0005 will be released on or about 13 DECEMBER 2023 with a closing date on or about 10 JANUARY 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
