Rooftop Fall Protection

This requirement is to provide all material, transportation, labor, equipment, coordination, planning, and supervision necessary to purchase and install permanent type roof fall protection system on buildings identified by Anniston Army Depot (ANAD). This procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industry Classification System Code is 236210; size standard is $45,000,000.00.

This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: beta.sam.gov. Estimated issue date is February 1, 2024. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.

Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
