DIVARTY HHBN MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT (MHE) REDEPLOYMENT

This is a service contract with equipment and personnel to provide MHE capable of loading containerized and non-containerized equipment weighing less than 10,000 lbs and no more than 100 Tons. Containerized equipment will be configured in containers ranging from quadcon to twenty-foot equivalent unit (TEU). Non-containerized equipment could be any range of armored military vehicle.

The contractor shall provide capability to simultaneously upload and download containerized equipment across several battalion footprints located along Hell on Wheels Ave and W Ivy Division Road. Locations also include the wash rack, line haul site, Deployment Ready Reaction Field (DRRF) and the Rail Operations Center (ROC) to support MHE Requirement ISO Redeployment Activities.

The contractor shall provide four (4) 30K Forklift with operators, two (2) 10K Forklift with operators, six (6) Flatbed trucks with operators, one 91) 100T Crane with operator and spotter for mobile crane, four (4) Removable Goose Neck (RGN) Light with operators, two (2) Removeable Goose Neck (RGN) Heavy with operators on Mondays through Fridays during the hours of 0730 to 1700. Period of Performance: 21 April 2025 to 05 May 2025 Place of Performance: Fort Cavazos, Texas 76544 Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Products and Commercial Services Factor 1 - Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Governments requirement i. Quote shall provide the Technical Equipment Specifications to allow the Government to review the Technical Capability.

Factor 2 – Delivery i. Include the delivery date in the Quote. The delivery of equipment and Operators/Spotters shall be NLT 21 April 2025. Factor 3 – Price i.
