A. Site Visit: Of ferors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are encouraged to attend the site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification Card w hen attending the site visit orientation. B. If MATOC contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the “No-Offer Letter’ by date and the specified in this solicitation. C.
