REPAIR BUILDING S-3755 FOR COMPANY OPERATION FACILITY, CAMP HOVEY(MATOC ONLY) Offerors are required to submit proposals electronically in response to this solicitation in the following:

a. PRICING PROPOSAL: The pricing proposal must clearly indicate prices for each Contract Line Item Number in Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices.

b. DETAILED OFFER BREAKDOWN: The detailed offer breakdown must clearly identify all costs that can materially impact the statement of work. 2 Copies (1 Original + 1 Redacted Copy without company name or symbol, unit/total price) c. SECTION K - Representations, Certifications and Other Statements of Offerors d. SECTION K-TAXES e. SECTION K-OTHER f. Documents to establish the offeror’s eligibility status as a Korean contractor(See Section L in Solicitation)

A. The purpose of this amendment is to a. extend the closing date/time to 31 January 2024, 1100 hours. b. add General Construction Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) holding contract numbers.

c. change site orientation schedule. See Section L. B. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.
