Custodial Services for One (1) Year in Kunsan AB

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide custodial services at Kunsan AB, ROK. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The work and frequency are defined in the Work Schedules (Appendix A). These works include, but are not limited to, the following:

cleaning restrooms and kitchens; removing trash and emptying recycle bins; cleaning windows and food service areas; vacuuming and spot cleaning carpet, sweeping, and mopping floors, and buffing; dusting and scrubbing walls; cleaning upholstered furniture; and other associated work as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or Alternate Contracting Officer’s Representative (ACOR). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal service necessary as defined in this PWS.
