Amendment 0003 & 0004 - Project Manager Expeditionary Energy and Sustainment Systems (PM E2S2) Power Distribution Illumination Systems, Electrical (PDISE)

Amendment 0003 and 0004 incorporates the following changes:

Removal of Clauses: The following solicitation provisions and contract clauses have been removed per Class Deviation 2025-O0003: 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity Revision to FAR 52.204-8 Extension: The bid submission deadline has been extended to 1430 EST on March 10, 2025, to allow offerors time to fill out the updated IFB.

Amendment 0002- This amendment provides the unlocked/fillable version of the IFB. Please see attachments.

Amendment 0001 - This amendment provides the following:

Answers to Industry Questions: See Attachment 0003 for responses to questions received from interested vendors.

Missing Drawing: The previously missing drawing is now available upon request via DOD Safe. Please contact the Contracting Officer specified in the IFB to request access.

EPA Clause Incorporation: The EPA clause is hereby incorporated into the Invitation for Bid (IFB). All other terms and conditions of the original IFB remain unchanged. In accordance with the statement of work (SOW) attachment 0001. This Invitation for Bid is to procure PDISE systems and accessories (or parts). PDISE is a family of Power Distribution equipment that transmits electrical power between military generator sets using ruggedized power distribution systems. These products are being pruchased and used globaly at bases and stations worldwide.

Program Objectives/ Need: This Invitation for Bid will result in a five-year, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Small Business Set-Aside contract. The requirement consist of the procurement Power Distribution Illumination Systems, Electric (PDISE). PDISE purchases includes the purchase of the M40 A/P Distribution System, the M100 A/P and the M200 A/P Electrical Feeder System, and the M46 Electrical Utility Assembly.

PDISE systems will be procured to meet the U.S. Army acquisition Objectives (AAO) and other DoD customer requirements. The scope of this effort will maintain standardization with current fielding equipment and production using the existing Government Technical Data Package (TDPs).
