Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for the Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support III (MTCCS III) program for the purposes of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in and resources to successfully perform the requirement of the MTCCS III effort.

The effort includes services and support for individual through collective Mission Command (MC) training; Leadership Training/Development; the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP); Warfighter Functions (WFF) training; First Person Simulations (Gaming); and constructive simulations supported training, including planning, preparation, set-up, execution and recovery, as well as facilities management, event scheduling, security and administrative support, and access control.

These training events may occur concurrently or separately at multiple hub and spoke Mission Training Complex (MTC) locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Contractor shall be capable of combining events into a simultaneous synthetic environment using the simulations and Mission Command Information Systems (MCiS) fielded to MTC. These services support U.S. Army Title 10 training, deployment training events, and Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRE).

These services may also support Joint, Combined, NATO, and service component commanders, staff and leader constructive simulation training and assistance in executing the Combatant Commanders’ engagement strategy. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition.

Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.
