NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, SCRUB-EX MAINTENAINCE

Health Readiness Contracting Office - (W40M USA HCA), JBSA Fort Sam Houston TX 78234-5074 ,the government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. Contractor will provide a purchase for a follow-on for ScrubEx Maintenance.

Delivery begins 08 December 2025. Health Readiness Contracting Office (W40M USA HCA) Maintenance of ScrubEx Linen Management Software, Large Volume (LV) Receivers (Model Number LVLR-WP), Large Volume (LV) Dispensers (Model Number LVD Local), and Medium Volume (MV) Dispensers/Receivers (Model Number MV).

All the machines are located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. The Contractor shall utilize appropriate facilities, tools, test equipment and trained personnel to verify and complete repairs. Contractor's representative shall be factory trained. The solicitation number is W81K0426QA006, and the resulting award will be made on SF Form 1449 (Firm Fixed Price Contract). This requirement is for commercial services.

The NAICS for this requirement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (PSC) J065 Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies.
