SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION: This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought/RFI only. The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. The size standard, in number of employees, is 1250. The ordering period consists of three, 12-month ordering periods, a total of 36-months.

Responses to sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement.

Health Readiness Contracting Office is seeking sources that have the capability to supply and install Mini Audiometers, Sound Level Meters, and corresponding software for the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (MEPS), equipment must meet or exceed standards set forth in ANSI S3.6 1989, ASA 81-1989, ISO 389-1985, C.H.D.P. Equipment, at a minimum, will meet the requirements set forth in attached RFI.
