Maintenance and Repair of Steris Sterilization Processing Equipment, Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, Alaska

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to issue a within scope contract modification to contract W81K02-23-P-0052. The referenced contract was awarded as a sole source procurement to Steris Corporation under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.

The services that are being performed are non-personal services of annual maintenance for the Government owned Steris sterilization processing equipment to include all labor, non-excluded parts, material and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturers specifications at Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This modification will affect Options I and II.

The period of performance remains unchanged. The anticipated date for contract modification is on or about 16 December 2024. The purpose of this modification is to add maintenance services for one AMSCO 400 Sterilizing device (CLINs 1006, 1008 and 2006), and for two AMSCO 2532 Washer/Disinfector devices (CLINs 1007, 1009 and 2007). This modification is required to provide maintenance services for the Government owned Steris sterilization processing equipment that are no longer under new installation warranty. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
