Censitrac License Support

The U.S. Army Medical Regional Contracting Office-West, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to Censis Technologies, Franklin, Tennessee under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for access to their comprehensive surgical instrument tracking software supporting William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Ft Bliss, TX.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210, software publishers, PSC – 7A21, IT and Telecom Business Application Software License, Size Standard $47,000,000. Award will be made on before 31 July 2024. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.

The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a sole source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
