The Army Geospatial Center (AGC), is soliciting proposals in accordance with FAR 35.016 relating to the advancement of the state-of-the-art and increasing knowledge or understanding in any of the geospatial research topic areas identified in this solicitation. Any white papers or proposals received during that time shall only be considered for award of a contract, not for any other transaction, grant, or cooperative agreement.
