OASIS+ POC Information Request for future MSSE Recompete

U.S Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is conducting market research for a forthcoming requirement entitled "Modeling and Simulation Systems Engineering (MSSE).

A Notice of Intent was submitted via GSA ebuy on 27 Feb 2025 requesting point of contact (POC) information for potential industry partners and closed on 4 March 2025. The subsequent RFI#1 was submitted to the respondents on 13 March 2025 and is currently open until 19 March, but will be extended until 28 March 2025. It's ACC-RSA's understanding that GSA is in the process of making rolling awards for OASIS+.

This notice is requesting that any business who is interested in receiving RFI#1 and has not received their GSA OASIS+ award, please provide POC information to the Contracting Officer, Latoya Pryor at latoya.s.pryor.civ@army.mil or the Contracting Specialist, Kristina Crutcher at kristina.f.crutcher.civ@army.mil.

NOTE: This acquisition will utilize ACC-RSA Secure Environment Contracting (SEC) Procedures and will not use GSA eBuy Procurement Tool.
