This Sources Sought Notice is to research the number of large and small businesses capable and interested in the prospective procurement. The U.S. Government is seeking sources for the Bell Crank Spare Parts.

Input NSN:

1680-01-224-2262 PN: 7-311511117-13 Estimated Quantity (QTY) 120 Each Minimum - 800 Each Maximum The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to provide the spares.

Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule begins 36 months after contract award.

SR W1A8 DLA DISTRIBUTION DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY 2083 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134 NEW CUMBERLAND, PA, 17070-5002 This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract) with a 60-month period of performance with five-priced ordering periods.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This is a sources sought notification, NOT a solicitation. No proposals shall be submitted as a result of this notice. No contract will be awarded as a result of the sources sought notice, and it does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government in making appropriate acquisition decision.

The Government does NOT own the technical data package (TDP) for this action. The TDP is held by The Boeing Company. Interested offerors responding to this notice must be able to demonstrate that they have access to the TDP or how the requirements can be accomplished without having this data available and without incurring significant additional costs. All interested vendors are encouraged to submit a response via email to candace.m.king.civ@army.mil.
