ThIis contract action is for a single award, five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul/upgrade contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Only one responsible source or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The Swashplate Control is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) -1-1615-314, Revision Date: 03/30/2018, No Change # has been identified for this requirement. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. Currently the known approved source for the overhaul of the Swashplate Control is The Boeing Company.
