Established on Indefinitie Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract W58RGZ-14-D-0075, continuing Engineering and Logistic Support Services for the CH047 Aircraft and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) helicopter variants with The Boeing Company. Authority for this action is Title 10, U.S.C, Section 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), Only One Responsible Source and No Othe Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, UEI E466BXU4KJH8, because this service must be acquired from a manufacturing source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can prove the required service described above are encouraged to identify themselves.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing data annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depended upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
