ATTENTION

This contract action is for a single award, Firm-Fixed Price spares buy contract. The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to supply the following:

BELL CRANK ASSEMBLY NSN: 1680-01-224-2263 QUANTITY: 203 This part is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part. Currently the only approved source for this part is The Boeing Company (CAGE Code: 8V613) 5000 East McDowell Rd., Mesa, AZ. 85215-9707.

Contractors are encouraged to seek Source Approval Request (SAR) in order to become an approved source by submitting documentation in accordance with the M&O SAR Guidance. Additional information on SAR process is located at https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/. The solicitation will not open prior to the closing date stated on the synopsis. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Proposals will only be accepted by email.
