These items are noncommercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is listed as a non-critical safety item. This procurement is restricted to Enviro Systems, Inc., (CAGE:

0B9E8), and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
